Solstice also named Phoney Strikes Back is the second section of the Bone series. This book contains a plot twist, being much darker than the Vernal Equinox Trilogy and reveals the true motives of The Hooded One. The book contains issues 20-37. It begins sometime around the summer solstice, hence the name.
